Refunds and cancellation

Cancel at any time. If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get your money back in full.
Cancelling your subscription
Open the link in any receipt from Lemon Squeezy, or choose Manage subscription in Pausiq, and cancel there. It takes a moment and needs no reason. You can also email us at support@pausiq.app. Pausiq Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Our 14-day refund promise
Wherever you live, if you ask within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal, that payment is refunded in full, with no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days, and the licence key stops unlocking Pro for that period. Ask through your receipt from Lemon Squeezy or by emailing support@pausiq.app.
Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of buying Pausiq Pro, without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day of purchase.
To withdraw, tell us or Lemon Squeezy clearly, for example by email to support@pausiq.app, before the 14 days end. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
When you withdraw, all payments for that purchase are refunded within 14 days of your message, to the same payment method, at no cost to you. Pausiq Pro starts as soon as you enter your licence key, because you ask for that. By law a charge for the days already used would be possible, but under our refund promise you are refunded in full.

Trying Pausiq is free and never turns into a paid plan by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
